Thanksgiving

So for thanksgiving I (Kelsey) got to go to Idaho to see everyone. Brian drove me to Oakland to the airport. This is the first time since I moved here that we have spent the night away from each other! it was really hard to say bye but worth it when I got to see my family



I loved going home and seeing everyone! The best part was no one but Remi and my Grandma Julie. So I got picked up from the airport and my Grandma and Mom were having dinner at Garcia's and I walked in and my mom was in complete shock!!! She even cried and she never cries. Then she asked what I was doing there.



Then we went to pick up baby Kirra so she came and spent the night.




Then my mom and grandma and kirra went and knocked on Kylie's door and surprised her!!!!



She was so excited and surprised! Then when we came home and saw my dad and he was so surprised too! Then me and kylie had a sleepover with kirra and waited til morning when remi came over and when Katelynn came home to see me!





When I was home I had a lot of fun shopping, and going to the movies with my sisters, and visiting everyone! I forgot how much fun we had together when I am gone. When I got home Brian was so excited to see me. One day I hope we can live close to my family so we can party all the time! I miss them so much when I am gone. But I cant wait to see them at Christmas!

Welcome to our blog! I'm Kelsey and my amazing boyfriends name is Brian. About 5 months ago I decided to move to California and I wanted to start this blog to keep my family and friends updated on what we have been up to.
 


So basically the story is Brian worked at the shop in Idaho Falls where I got my car fixed and I always thought he was really cute. He thought the same thing but we were both from different places and neither one of us thought it could go anywhere. Then we started talking because we had a mutual friend. He got my number and started texting me. It didn't really go anywhere. He moved to California in December 2011 to be with his parents. In February and March he started texting me lots and I remember why I thought he was so cute. He told me that he liked me and I said the same. We decided we wanted to be together. He didn't want to move back to Idaho so I decided I was moving in July to Redding, CA. This was a huge step for me but I prayed and knew it was the right decision for me.

He came and visited Idaho in June.





When he visited me I was convinced and couldn't wait to go to Cali!!!

June 29th was the day I left and I took a plane to meet him in Reno, NV where him and his parents were on a short vacation.





and we spent two days in Reno. Then off to my new home in Redding, CA. Once we got there I started looking for jobs and getting settled. This was the week of 4th of July and Brians sister and brother in law and the nephews came for a visit. We went boating and had a ton of fun!!



We finished out the week in Cali and then on Saturday we headed back to Idaho we drove and it took 15 hours!!!! This was my last week home and it was also the week of Kylie's wedding!!! We had so much fun being together with my family and celebrating Kylie's big day!

So then on Sunday July 16th we packed my car up and headed to California. I have been here ever since and we have had a lot of fun adventures. I am excited I have a blog to post things to so everyone can stay up to date on whats going on here! We are so in love and cant wait for the future to see what is going to happen.
